My name is Hassan Refay. I am a mental toughness expert and bestselling author.

I have been helping talented and smart young students, tennis and golf players, both in person and through my mental toughness programs. I have written more than 27 children stories and directed theater plays. I have been writing and developing mental toughness programs for sports since graduating from the Berlin University in Germany 25 years ago. I have more than 86 publications and have sold over 1.25 million copies.
