Knee Injury

I practiced today for the first time in 2 days and felt pretty solid. Although I had to wear a brace, I felt ok. My movement was quite limited so it was tough to get a feel for how my knee was doing. I felt fine after the workout up until about 4 or 5 hours afterwards. My whole upper leg is sore, so I will have to see what will happen with tomorrow and the tournament.
