I played for about a year and a half, before I stopped taking lessons, due to costs, etc. I took the game back up just before freshman year of high school, with a new coach. I have played on the William T. Dwyer High School tennis team for 3 years now, winning the district title 2 of those. Yet, the graduation of most of our top players leaves me playing a much higher position than before. I will now have to play in the number 2 or 3 position. Other than tennis I like to spend time with friends, going to the mall/ movies and such. My Goals My goals for tennis are to get a good coach to improve my game for next season. Possibly play tennis at college level, with improvement. I want to go to a good college, and graduate with some kind of law/business degree. And I want to enjoy the ride between now and then. My Highlights I've done well at a couple local tournaments, but have yet to compete in many USTA tournaments. For Dwyer, I had a winning season playing #5. The team was considered a shoe in for a 5th straight district title until injuries forced our #1 and #2 players out.
